The Wise Decision youth strength & conditioning program is designed to produce a strong, fast, more athletic player, and to help prevent athletic injuries. The strength & conditioning workout is safe, comprehensive, and very challenging for student athletes of all levels.
For the inner champion in all of us, we offer appropriate training protocols for all ages. Mindful not everybody should be lifting weights, as an example, training for college, high school or even middle school youth are structured differently for each age group, but the core principles remain:

45-60 MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS
Strength & Power / Plyometric / Linear Speed
Each section is built upon each other to ensure no movement is rushed or progressed too soon, and that the athlete is getting maximum results.
