Fit Club
Group fitness training program that involves cardio, resistance and strength training, and core exercises. The training session is ideal for anyone that wants to lose weight, tone up, or get healthy. Expect to charge your metabolism for MORE caloric afterburn, get MORE results, and develop MORE confidence.
Private Training
Personal Training (1 on 1 Training)
Customized fitness training and nutrition program based on your personal goals. Program includes one on one 50-minute fitness training sessions with a fitness trainer. Each session is part of a health/fitness program designed on your specific goals. During your sessions, your fitness trainer will be your accountability partner and will coach and motivate you to reach new levels of success.
Semi-Personal Training (4 on 1 Training)
Semi-Personal Training is a step down from 1 on 1 training. It includes the same customized fitness training and nutrition program design as 1 on 1 training, but you share your 50-minute fitness training session with up to 3 other people. In a semi-personal training session, everyone has their own customized training program and there is one fitness trainer coaching everyone.
Youth Strength & Conditioning
The Wise Decision youth strength & conditioning program is designed to produce a strong, powerful, and fast athlete and help prevent athletic injuries. The strength & conditioning workout is safe, comprehensive, and very challenging for every athlete of all levels.
Mindful not everybody should be lifting weights, as an example, training for college, high school or even middle school youth is structured differently for each age group, but the core principles remain:
