Class Schedule

Servicing a diverse audience of youth, adults and seniors, TWD offers a variety of classes for every level. Employing small groups and personal attention, each class is capped at 15 participants so everyone can get the individual attention they need. While all classes are on a first-come, first-served, if a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

BOSU DYNAMICS 

This interval-style class uses the BOSU Ball to improve stability, balance, core and strength. We naturally lose balance as we age and the likelihood of succumbing to injury from a fall increases. This class focuses on training balance and proprioception from the ground up. Get ready to sweat and challenge your body from various positions.  

SWEAT

This class works every major muscle group in a variety of ways. It is ideal for both men and women, and beginners through experienced exercisers. The workout uses a variety of equipment and is set to motivating music.

TRAP STEP AEROBICS  

High intensity cardio dance class that uses the step aerobics platform. Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that uses a low elevated platform where the step height is tailored to individual needs. There is a music soundtrack to this class includes the latest hip-hop, R&B and trap music! All levels welcome. 

BUTTS & GUTS 

In this strength conditioning class, you’ll burn fat, tone your abs, and reshape your butt with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your body burning. From squats and steps, to crunches and curls, your body will be challenged from a variety of ways. This class is a great way to take your fitness to the next level! 

THE WISE DECISION 

Lose weight, get stronger, get leaner and develop better mental health during this high intensity interval training session. This class combines strength and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment like, dumbbells/barbell, medicine balls, TRX, kettlebells and more. All levels are welcome as you are encouraged to “just do your best.”

Fit Club

Group fitness training program that involves cardio, resistance and strength training, and core exercises. The training session is ideal for anyone that wants to lose weight, tone up, or get healthy. Expect to charge your metabolism for MORE caloric afterburn, get MORE results, and develop MORE confidence.

Private Training

Personal Training (1 on 1 Training)
Customized fitness training and nutrition program based on your personal goals. Program includes one on one 50-minute fitness training sessions with a fitness trainer. Each session is part of a health/fitness program designed on your specific goals. During your sessions, your fitness trainer will be your accountability partner and will coach and motivate you to reach new levels of success.

Semi-Personal Training (4 on 1 Training)
Semi-Personal Training is a step down from 1 on 1 training. It includes the same customized fitness training and nutrition program design as 1 on 1 training, but you share your 50-minute fitness training session with up to 3 other people. In a semi-personal training session, everyone has their own customized training program and there is one fitness trainer coaching everyone.

Youth Strength & Conditioning

The Wise Decision youth strength & conditioning program is designed to produce a strong, powerful, and fast athlete and help prevent athletic injuries. The strength & conditioning workout is safe, comprehensive, and very challenging for every athlete of all levels.
Mindful not everybody should be lifting weights, as an example, training for college, high school or even middle school youth is structured differently for each age group, but the core principles remain:
