In becoming a Certified Master Trainer, Sterling not only found his calling, but also chose to help others reach their fitness goals by sharing his knowledge and success.

Specializing in the development, maintenance and restoration of maximum movement and functional ability, Kamelia conducts popular seminars, information sessions and leads The Wise Decision’s corrective exercise clinics.

Erik holds a Masters of Education in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports and Exercise Science. As an expert in human body movement, he looks for innovative ways to improve members’ muscle efficiency and performance, An experienced strength and conditioning coach, Erik is also an amateur boxer and has competed in mixed martial arts.

Logan received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise and sport science from Wayne State University. He’s has experience as a trainer, group exercise instructor, and strength and conditioning coach. From an early age, Logan participated in sports, mainly baseball and football, but did not discover his passion for exercise science until his sophomore year in high school.

Mitch received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise and sport science from Wayne State University. Group fitness, online fitness coaching, and youth training are all a part of his repertoire. Mitch has always had a passion for staying healthy and fit. Exercise and Sports were a huge part of Mitch’s upbringing. He enjoys sharing his passion about health and fitness so that others can reach their goals, and is pursuing a Master’s Degree to increase his knowledge.
Anthony “Tony” Delgreco

With a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Mercyhurst University, Tony has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with low to high level athletes in various sports. For the past nine years, he was a competitive rower including four years of extremely competitive college rowing with international experience. This exposure led to a passion for health, wellness and athletic performance. Tony plans to pursue further education at the Institute for Rowing Leadership starting in the summer of 2020.
