Our youth fitness programs combine education on nutrition and exercise in a fun interactive way that keeps the students excited while learning. The students will engage in team and individual games that will educate them on how to make the wise decision on the foods that they choose to eat. They also get active with traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises that involve fitness games, relay races, and obstacle courses.
