The Wise Decision Fit Club is a No-Excuses, intense, workout that your will produce results with your commitment, drive, and hard work. We get down to the basics starting day one with cardio endurance, core strength, weight training and nutrition.
The Wise Decision Fit Club is different from a traditional boot camp. The camp addresses all areas of health & fitness including FAT/WEIGHT LOSS, cardio and muscular endurance, and PROPER NUTRITION.
The Fit Club is open to ALL fitness levels and includes:
- 55 minutes of tailored, “not-a-second-wasted” Body Weight & Resistance Training workouts — variety so you never get bored.
- Pre and Post assessments measuring weight, body composition, BMI, cardio endurance, strength endurance, and flexibility. These tests help uncover strengths and weaknesses and guide you to set fitness goals for improvement.
- Newsletters filled with exercise and nutrition tips.
